INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS POLICY
Vincorp Projects sets a framework that defines the minimum levels of acceptable behaviour and emphasises the need to develop a culture committed to improving and achieving acceptable standards of industrial relations. It provides a strategic approach to the management and to the integration of industrial relations activities into day to day work practices.
It is the objective of this Industrial Relations Plan to attain sustainable practices which will flow from better planning and will achieve the following goals;
• To create a dispute free environment through consultation and common purpose
• Improved industrial relations capability and management focus
• Improved corporate image through commitment to better workplace issues
• Improved relationship with stakeholders
• Efficient project performance from improved communications
• Less time and effort spent on resolving grievances and compliance issues
• Greater control over cost, time and quality
All industrial relations matters shall be handled in a fair and equitable manner consistent with Enterprise Agreements entered into by Vincorp Projects and that of its subcontractors, the provisions of relevant awards and with governing legislation.
We are committed to a standard of industrial relations that will ensure resolution of grievances and disputes in a timely manner and will facilitate communication between the relevant parties.
The implementation of these policies on company projects will provide an opportunity to continually improve industrial relations and management performance, and will ensure project staff are aware of, understand and manage the issues which most commonly cause problems.

The Company’s management, employees and subcontractors are instructed to recognise, to contribute and abide by this commitment to a structured relationship to ensure conformance with company defined industrial relations practices.
